I have been a chef since 1986.

My training took place in England, afterwards I spent a year working in Zurich in the renouwned “Brasserrie Lipp”

In 1991 I moved to Holland, Amsterdam, where I worked in 5 star hotels such as the “ Meridian Hotel” and the “Barbazon Centre”

Afterward I concentrated on working in top restaurants, like “Beddingtons” and “Le Hollandaise”

My true passion has always been imparting my culinair knowledge on others.

I got the opportunity to present a vegetarian program on dutch national television together with Bas Westerweel.

Also I worked together with Alpro Soya to develop new recepies.

Recently I can be seen on 24kitchen presenting the television program “First Aid Kitchen”

During the last 6 years I have worked freelance which gives me more creative expression,

I have lots of experience with cooking workshops, private dining, and providing caterings that are made to measure.
